I have two new things in The Good Men Project Magazine. One is a rather embarrassing portrait of my sports youth and a guide for sensitive men who like sports. The other is my second column about my wife, my cat, and me. Here are some excerpts.
From the sports piece: “Don’t get me wrong, I’ve left plenty of my youth behind: sweatpants, rap music, fear of vegetables (almost), video games (for a while). But sports still tell me I’m a man.”
From the column: “When we fight, Boise comforts us. He will be there, nudging us to see if we’re all right.”
Thanks to all who’ve commented!
